In-Ground Liner Warranty

Overview:

Branded Manufacturing, LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that each in-ground vinyl liner is free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal, residential use. This limited warranty applies only when liners are properly installed and maintained.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers seam seal delamination or leakage due to manufacturing defects for the following schedule:

• Years 1–2: Full replacement at no charge (F.O.B. factory).
• Years 3–6: 50% of retail price.
• Years 7–12: 30% of retail price.
• Years 13–24: 20% of retail price.
• Year 25: 2% of retail price.

Branded Manufacturing will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective liner. Approved claims result in liner-only replacement; refunds are not offered.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Fading, staining, or misalignment of print or tile patterns
• Improper installation or pool setup
• Chemical misuse or improper maintenance
• Physical damage (e.g., punctures, fire, ice, animal/insect damage)
• Acts of God or damage from external factors
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Any damage during installation, removal, or repair
• Commercial or non-residential use
• Liners sold “as-is”

Raw Materials Notice:

Raw materials used in our liners are sourced externally. Any material-based defect must be addressed with the original manufacturer of those materials.

Claim Procedure:

Submit the following to Branded Manufacturing, LLC:

• Purchaser’s name and contact info
• Proof of purchase (order/invoice number)
• Liner serial number (on back of bead near wall splice)
• Two wide-angle photos of the installed liner
• One close-up photo of the defect

Branded may require one of the following:

The full liner returned for inspection (freight prepaid)

A sample of the defect, including the serial-numbered section of the bead

What’s Not Covered in a Claim:

The following costs are not covered under any circumstances:

• Removal and reinstallation labor

• Pool water draining or refilling

• Pool chemical replacement
