Our Premium Above-Ground Pool Liner Warranty

Overview:

Branded Manufacturing, LLC warrants its above-ground pool liners to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and only to liners installed and maintained according to the guidelines below.

Warranty Coverage:

Covers seam separation or failure due to manufacturing defects, reported within the warranty period and prior to improper installation or use.

Exclusions:

Not covered: rips, tears, punctures, wind/ice damage, improper chemical use, fading, emptied pools, installation/labor costs, or incidental damages.

Claim Procedure:

Submit the following to Branded Manufacturing, LLC:
Purchaser’s name and contact info
Proof of purchase (order/invoice number)
Liner serial number (on back of bead near wall splice)
Two wide-angle photos of the installed liner
One close-up photo of the defect

Returns require pre-approval with RMA. Items must be returned freight prepaid.

Replacement Terms:

Approved claims result in replacement liner only (no refunds). Comparable substitutions may be made if exact product is unavailable.

Installation Guidelines (Required for Warranty Validity):

4″ down x 4″ out masonry sand or foam cove around entire pool perimeter.
Liner should be placed in sun pre-installation to relax material.
Base must be smooth, level, and debris-free.
Use vacuum during fill to pull liner tight and detect wrinkles.
Maintain balanced water chemistry (pH 7.2-7.6, TA 80-120 ppm, Chlorine 1-3 ppm).
Avoid sharp edges and ensure liner is securely fitted using correct coping, track, or stabilizer rail.
